The hotel is located 5min by car from Ioannina University and 10min from the city center. It is cosy and very nicely decorated! The room is modern with a comfortable bed and a/c. All the staff and the owner were really nice and helpful. They even arranged earlier breakfast time for one day, only to serve kids who had to report for an exam at the uni!

Beautifully appointment, clean, modern apartment. It felt very spacious and the balconies were a lovely unexpected bonus. We had the 2bedroomed option on the ground floor. Kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were incredibly comfy. Air conditioning worked really well. We couldn’t fault anything at all and booked further nights stay whilst here. Location requires you having a car but it was well placed to go into the centre of Ioannina and only 5-10 minutes drive the hospital which was why we were visiting. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Giving us great advice on where to find supermarkets, restaurant etc
