Our room was upgraded for free to a superior room on the 4th floor. The hotel is very clean, the bed very comfy. The breakfast is excellent with many homemade fresh options. Highly recommended

Breakfast and Dinner was fabulous, in the evening there was always addditionally a special menue the staff was exraordinary friendly and welcoming the comfort and the service was excellent we will definitly come again

The staff was friendly and helpful. They did beyond their duty since the moment we stepped into the hotel. The room was cleaned well every day. The food is great. Definitely, we will come back when we are back in Crete.
