Staff was very friendly and always helpful, great atmosphere, amazing design and interior, delicious food. Facilities were 10/10. The accommodation features a shared lounge, a concierge service and luggage storage for guests. The location is amazing it is in the middle of the village everything is close the food is great the staff very friendly and fun the rooms are really beautiful overall it's one of if not the best hotel in bali. It also has a spa that i didnt get the time to make use of but next time i definitely will.

There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. everything was very new and very very clean (even the private terrace)

Other facilities include water sports facilities, a shared lounge and luggage storage. Sun loungers and umbrellas are featured on the beach, at extra charge. One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Beginning with the most welcoming check in procedure (thank you Yannis!) over the huge bed with two differently firm pillows to choose from right through to breakfast where we got freshly squeezed orange juice served at the table as a surprise. Our room was spotlessly clean, spacious and had the most amazing view of the sea. The hotel's location is very convenient as it is directly at the beach. Multiple supermarkets and other shops are in the direct vicinity.

Guests have the option of a buffet breakfast including Cretan delicacies. Later, they can enjoy a meal at the on-site restaurant. A snack bar and room service are also available. Agreco Farm, 3 km away, is set amidst olive trees and vineyards, and offers unique culinary experiences with organic produce.

Massages can be arranged at the spa centre of the neighbouring property, which also features a sauna. A private beach area and a table tennis are equally found in the premises. Beautiful boutique hotel, calm, clean, comfortable and spacious room with very friendly and good staff. The restaurant food was delicious and the service was exceptional. For families, they have a great kid club called Grecoland where they can accommodate kids from 4 years old to 12 years old and under 4 years old with a parent or guardian. They do a lot of activities inside and around. You feel comfortable leaving your kids with professional people such as Liza and her team work. Convenient location near to Rethymno. Cocomat mattresses and smart TVs are also included. Other facilties include a free standing bath and private bathroom with hydromassage facilities. Wow such a gorgeous view. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Easy to get to all the nice restaurants and ocean. Was super clean and friendly manager. Was like a dream!

The staff were so friendly & welcoming & couldn’t do enough for us. We booked a junior suite which was just very spacious & exceptionally clean. Breakfast was delicious too and with just a short walk into the old town it was a great location.

Beautiful hotel with Mediterranean vibes, would definitely go back.
