Everything about our stay was absolutely wonderful, down to the smallest detail. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and truly made us feel at home. I would even say that beyond the hotel’s excellent quality, what truly stands out is the outstanding service — it’s clear that this hotel not only offers quality, but most of all sells a top-tier experience. The facilities were excellent, the location was perfect, and the overall organization of the hotel was impressive. The breakfast buffet was rich and delicious, with a wide variety of options. Although parking can be challenging in the city, the hotel provided convenient solutions that made everything hassle-free. Overall, it is a hotel I would wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend to anyone — everything was simply exceptional

The food was delicious. There were variety of different types of food including seafood. The location is perfect, you are surrounded by the mountains and the sea. The water park is great and we had a lot of fun there (both adults). The staff was awesome, very pleasant (but not too much as typically in Turkey for example) and always ready to listen to you. We had an excellent experience with the coupe massage and so far it was the best massage ever!

Breakfast was excellent, lady behind the counter makes fresh products all the time. At the reception the ladies were really nice. Personnel, specially at the pool bar/restaurant made our day, one place where i would like to go again. The level of their restaurant is one of the best we had during our three week stay in the island, just marvelous cuisine.

We’ve now stayed at Swell Boutique Hotel three times, and each visit has been a truly wonderful experience. The rooms are impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed, and well-equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Mornings start with a delicious Greek breakfast, offering a wide variety of fresh choices—including excellent fresh orange juice. With its beautiful views of the beach and great location (plus own parking) Swell Boutique Hotel combines convenience with tranquility. We’ve returned several times already and wouldn’t hesitate to come back again. Highly recommended.

This hotel was fantastic. The rooms were very spacious and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful, fresh and had a great variety for all tastes. The pool was a good size with poolside service if you are wanting a drink or something to eat. Hotels location was 1 block from the beach and about 1km (flat easy walk with lots to see) into the old town of Rethymno.

The luxurious Rimondi Boutique Hotel in Rethymno has a large patio with a pool and palm trees.
