It boasts the largest hotel meeting, event and catering facilities in the city. Suite room was so spacious and just amazing! Great view and nice quiet neighborhood with good access to everywhere. The club lounge was quiet and well managed. I liked the porridge in the morning and afternoon tea. Also thanks for the early check in! It meant a lot for a family traveling with a toddler that still requires nap time.

A well-equipped business centre and concierge services are also provided for guests' convenience. every single interaction I had with the staff, no matter how big or small was met with a smile and the utmost professionalism I had some small requests during my stay like ordering flowers, the concierge went above and beyond to help this happen, even getting me a better deal than what I asked for I absolutely loved my stay here, I want to come back to Hong Kong in large part due to the great experience with this hotel

Pampering massage treatments, steam rooms and saunas are available at the spa. The service from the bellboy, front staff, and concierge was impeccable. They went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests. The room was spacious and perfect for our family, especially with our little baby. The location was also very convenient as it’s directly connected to the IFC mall. Highly recommended!

bliss® spa features a relaxing menu of body massage and beauty treatments, as well as healthy snacks and its unique brownie buffet. Sauna and steam rooms are also available. The WIRED Business Centre provides computer workstations and secretarial services. Location, interiors, design of the property. Service is also good. If I go back to HK would stay at this hotel again.

At the Peninsula Spa, relax with a full body massage or soak in the hot tubs. There is also an on-site shopping arcade, and well-equipped function rooms. Guests can also stay in shape at the fitness centre, or get professional services at the business centre. Total understated luxury. We landed early morning and they allowed an early check in. We left late the following night and could still use the pool and facilities after we had checked out

Even without going out, guests will be spoilt for recreational choice with a pampering massage, a heated indoor pool and well-equipped gym. Added convenience is provided with laundry and concierge services. Excellent customer service! I was delighted that my early check-in was possible. You saved my day! Also fantastic view!
