The location was incredible a 5 minute walk from everything! Right next to the Christmas markets! The staff was so kind and helpful. They did not let me lift a finger. The rooms are superb! We LOVED our atrium view. It was nice having the atrium because you felt like you could sit on your outside balcony while still being warm as it is indoors. Everything about the stay was incredible. Will 100% be staying here again!

The room was spacious with high ceilings and beautifully furnished for the guests comfort. Toiletries were from rituals body cream. It had a Marshall speaker and a coffee machine. Still and sparkly water bottles. Truly impeccable attention to detail. I travel a lot and this is a definite favorite for me.
