The two kindest souls in all of Budapest work at the front desk of the Anna Palace hotel! We were visiting the city to celebrate my sister's birthday with my 80-old Dad. We had booked a suite and due to crossed lines of communication, didn't realize there was only one full bathroom. Plus, the room had a few stairs to get to it. When we talked to Ali Hamsa and Zubair at the front desk, they were very understanding of our situation and moved us to another room. Twice. That is the amount of patience, hospitality, and kindness shown by Hamsa and Zubair which continues to remain for us as a precious memory of Budapest. It wasn't just us, they were the same with every guest we saw them interact with - providing recommendations, giving directions, listening, engaging..... Of course, the breakfast spread is good and one cannot beat the location!

Starting with the staff who were warm and welcoming, to the room which was more than comfortable, spacious, luxe, and charming, and then the spa which was extremely relaxing. The breakfast was lush and the options seemed unlimited. And the free drinks were the cherry on top. I would gladly stay here when visiting Budapest again. Thank you for the perfect stay!

This 5-star hotel offers free WiFi and in-house spa and wellness area. Hungarian State Opera is 900 m away and St. Stephen's Basilica is a 15-minute walk from the hotel. Great facilities, very clean, great room and overall decor In the hotel. Love the jacuzzi and spa. No complaints whatsoever. A bit pricy for my budget but well worth the money.
