Everything was really nice and well set up—from the entrance gate all the way to the room. Everything is kid-friendly. Our daughter loved the lion-shaped room key card! They even provide bathrobes for the little ones. In the restaurant area, there’s also a special section just for kids. The water park and play area were super fun, even for adults. We visited in April, so the warm pool water was a big plus. The spa for adults was great too.

I really liked well equipped kitchen as well as pretty big shower. Bed was comfortable, and TV had an Android on board.

Lovely place, nice breakfast, we relaxed in the hot tub a lot. The location is great, really close to the lake. We liked our room and the staff was great. You can take bikes for free which is great (you only need to leave a deposit but it was like 20euros which was fine)

The staff were great, very kind, organised and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and delicious, with plenty of different options. Comfortable beds and sheets, and even a pillow menu! The hotel is new and well maintained with peaceful surroundings, we easily found it. Perfect for a gateway with my husband!

You could control the lighting, curtains, and air conditioning via touchscreen. The outdoor pool has a great setting, and the indoor pool has a pleasently warm temperature. The bed was comfortable, and the location was very close to Lake Balaton. Our waiter was very kind and knowledgeable. Dinner was excuisite.

A variety of wellness packages are available for guests to get rejuvenated in-house. An indoor play area is also available at the apartment, while guests can also relax in the garden. We had a great stay, only regret we could stay for a short time. We booked the hotel because the swimming pool, and my kids enjoyed the pool. It is in a lovely setting, the rooms are spacious. The reception accommodated that my youngest child has movement disorder and while she is getting around independently, the downstairs was much easier access for us than upstairs. The beach is very close, few minutes walking distance. Plenty of restaurants to choose from for a lovely dinner. 10 minutes walk and can get into the city center for a night vibe. The group of people were lovely during our stay, we did not experience any noise or party. We could not check in early but there was a storage which we could use, and we could use the facilities, until our room was ready. Checking out was easy, again we could use the storage and could enjoy our last day as well, also could use the facilities as well. As I do not drive in Hungary, for us was easy to get around by walk and train.

The property was excelent! Even tho the room was a bit small everything was super clean and tidy! The garden looks amazing and has 2 pool with a small playground for kids. Breakfast was extraodenary with a lot of choise.
