Pool was clean and area amazing. Restaurant, food and people were amazing! 15min walk to Ubud centre and a lot of beautiful places. Massage with Dian was very relaxing and great experience. All people there go beyond. I loved the stay!

The swimming pool is beautifully located next to the restaurant under the trees, with butterflies and incense floating in the air. Explored Ubud a few times, just a short motorcycle journey to the North. The hotel rented a motorcycle for me for a reasonable fee and with zero fuss, which was fantastic. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing me to modify my booking a few times. I enjoyed it so much that I stayed a bit longer.

Neano Escape has a wellness area which includes a hot tub. The area is popular for fishing and cycling, in addition, bike hire and car hire are available at this hotel. I loved EVERYTHING about Neano Escape. From arrival to departure, the entire staff was soo friendly & greeted me by name. They were all soo attentive, including the manager. Food was AMAZING & tasty. Great amenities & had an amazing massage at the spa. I also felt safe as a solo traveler. It was my birthday & the staff made it special. Already planning my trip back!

Really spacious room (we had villa with private pool), there was everything you'll ever need. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, you can enjoy your stay in this place!

The view from the bath to the valley was breathtaking, and the welcoming staff made us feel right at home. The breakfast was incredible, and we even enjoyed live Balinese music during the meal, which was a lovely touch.
