Right from the start when we asked about the possibility of an early check-in as our train arrived at 4.40am....we were invited to let ourselves in, sleep in the common area, use the toilet and shower and the pool, and order breakfast. The staff were the best! Nothing was too much trouble; the food was delicious, every attention to detail was considered inside and outside of the bungalows, and the whole place was spotlessly clean. We were able to book a driver and guide for Baluran NP and a hike up the volcano. They were also super helpful too. The owners are so lovely and they obviously know how to employ great people. We will be telling our friends and fellow travellers to visit Didu's and we would also love to return too. Thank you so much to everyone. Didu's is absolutely THE BEST!

Surabaya doesn't really have more than a weekend's worth of attractions, but this hotel is a major attraction itself, and is a short walk to all the other attractions that Surabaya has to offer. Not only that, it is strategically located near a large Mall, with great shopping, ATMs, and food options. The hotel also has a great bar for socialising.
