The small details and gifts throughout the stay, turndown service and remembering my name. I liked it so much I cancelled another hotel and extended my stay here. The stuff was beyond friendly, villas are beautiful, the beach has natural shade all day which is perfect for the kids. They helped us organize fast boat to Gili Air and back to Bali. They treated our kids as a family. We will definitely come back.

The breakfast was delicious and all the staff were wonderful The weather wasn’t great while we were there so didn’t get a chance to use the pool and outdoor are, but it looked gorgeous and we hope to next time
