Everything was beautiful, great attention to detail immersed in nature with sweeping views of a rice field, plantations, jungle and the coast in the far distance. Beautiful gardens, infinity pool and architecturally interesting main building and huts made of teak. Tasteful Balinese or pop music in the background. You can tell how much love and attention was put into this boutique hotel. Designer elements throughout from the architecture, the furniture, the landscaped gardens. Also a very comfortable stay. Hardly any mosquitoes or disturbing noises, so we slept very well We spent three days hiking or cycling with the complimentary e bikes in rice fields, to a waterfall, through picturesque villages. Or swimming and resting at the beautiful pool. We ate all our meals there. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. Great variety of tasty breakfast options too Finally, the people. The staff was so friendly and helpful, going out of our way to make our visit comfortable. We were lucky to meet the dedicated, knowledgeable and kind manager of the hotel who dropped by our table a few times. One thing we learned from him is that the Balinese culture is based on respect towards the gods, fellow humans and nature. We felt that Puri Dajuma embodies the true spirit of Bali.We miss it already.Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!

I felt as home since the minute is stepped in. This places has everything. Starting by Ketut and his brother, they offer the kind of Balinese hospitality that’s hard to beat: warm, genuine, and always ready to help. Each morning, the delicious breakfast was a real treat, making me ready for the day. The peaceful surroundings and authentic charm of the area made it the perfect place to unwind. The house is a beautiful, cozy and brand-new wooden house, Balinese style, kept in impeccable condition. The area is very authentic, surrounded by lush native nature, full of beautiful spots to visit, bunch of waterfalls, and only 20 minutes from the stunning Beratan and Buyan lakes…a lot to see! This is an ideal spot for both tranquility and exploration…..in short, it has everything you could ask for! I’d be happy to return to again and again.

L’établissement Oemah Tepi Sawah se trouve à 32 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Temple du Tanah Lot. Il propose un jardin, une terrasse et un service de concierge pour votre confort. J’ai eu l’occasion de loger à Oemah Tepi Sawah pendant 2 nuits, et j’avoue regretter de ne pas avoir pu rester plus longtemps ! Ambiance très conviviale et chaleureuse, la propriétaire fait en sorte qu’on se sente comme chez soi. Une rencontre marquante lors mon aventure Balinaise! J’ai pu loger dans une magnifique cabane entourée des rizières, avec en fond sonore les grenouilles et des grillons. J’ai même pu apercevoir des lucioles. Je vous recommande de profiter des activités locales proposées : cours de cuisine balinaise avec Dewi la propriétaire, randonnée dans la jungle avec Komang Deduk pour de belles anecdotes et une excursion avec Roi pour se balader sur les lieux incontournables des environs. Je recommande ce lieux à 100% et j’y retournerai avec plaisir ! Merci encore !

Dear Dukuh Retreat, thank you for letting me stay with you. I would definitely recommend you to people who want to escape everyday life and have a lot of peace. It's located outside and around are local people and their houses and not much tourism. You have to like that. I only stayed for a few days, but took a lot with me, like the yoga classes and Bali massages, which are really recommendable, and a traditional water cleansing. It was amazing to experience. You can also order food and they deliver it to your cute little house. The hosts are really welcoming and helpful. It feels like a little home. Warm regards, Jasmin

Offrant une vue sur le jardin, l’établissement Bali Beach Glamping vous accueille à Tabanan. This is an excellent place that's away from the crowds and it feels private. This clamping camping experience, surpassed my expectations and my family would love to do it again. The restaurant food was great (much better than most restaurants in Bali), as we ordered lunch and dinner. Also, the breakfast buffet included with the room was good. The beds were super comfortable and all the hotel staff were excellent.

For us, it is without question one of the best hotels in Bali! The place is enchanting, you immediately feel good there, as if in a timeless moment. Everything is designed with refined taste: the architecture, the decoration, the attention given to local culture and gastronomy. The cuisine is delicious, every detail reflects elegance and authenticity. A huge thank you to the staff, simply incredible. Their kindness, availability and smiles will remain engraved in our memories. Nirjhara is now one of our must-stay options for our future trips to Bali.

Amazing luxury ecolodge right in the slopes of Mount Batukaru run by a Balinese-adopted Australian family. Beautiful houses and architecture. Natural swimming pool, plus river pools. Being in the middle of nature, just jungle sounds. The best is all the community and environmental projects the lodge supports with the income they get, plus projects to preserve the rainforest. The restaurant serves delicious dishes and exquisite desserts. It was a bit out of our budget but for a few nights it was a dream to be there.
