When you rate a place a 10, people are skeptical. So, it's a 9.95. This place is fantastic. Rooms are comfortable and the ensuite is perfectly sized. The home is situated on a hill so the views, especially the window table at breakfast is spectacular. We watched a veil of cloud drape over the mountain top and then receed, all while sipping our morning coffee. Breakfast was great. Martha, our host, gave us great directions and hints. Only regret is we just stayed for one night.

Beautiful house and gardens, everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable, spacious room. Welcome party of 2 gorgeous dogs. Really nice breakfast. Roy is a great host, very helpful and sent pictures how to enter the farm (we would never have found it otherwise). Perfect location, out of the way but close to the city and airport

The property itself is in an excellent position on the square, in very close walking distance of several lovely pubs and to the bay. The local Londis was very well stocked. Staff was so lovely and friendly...bed was extremely comfortable room was beautifully decorated and spotless clean most tranquil place IV ever stayed in... would highly recommend sea vista boutique as a lovely relaxing time away...the view from are room was breath taking going out are patio doors on to the terrace will most definitely be back here and making it a longer stay.... beautiful breakfast just topped it off for are journey back home 😊
