The taxis provided by the hotel were top-notch, the room was fantastic, and every single restaurant exceeded our expectations. This is my 2nd stay (1st stay January 2020), we (4 ladies) were staying for 3 nights in Premiere Rooms (55 square meters). My room was comfortable and well furnished. The bathroom was total luxury. Set on a sprawling 7 acres of landscaped gardens is the luxurious Trident Gurgaon with its 5 dining options, large courtyards, reflection pool and fountains. Located in the business district of Gurgaon, it is a 2-minute walk from DLF Tower. Free WiFi is available in the rooms of the property. My daughter loves this hotel. Everytime we visit the family, we make a stopover at Trident before moving further. They accommodated my request of removing carpets from the room and arranged an air purifier as my daughter has severe dust allergies. From service, to staff, to food, to embience, Everything was spot on! Thank you to the entire team.
