From the lobby front desk, bellboy, the staff on the rooftop, as well as security personnel available at all times. I had made a reservation in advance, including breakfast, at a reasonable price. I left my two suitcases at the hotel for two nights for free before traveling to another city. Overall, the hotel’s location is in the middle of a community, making it easy to find a variety of food options. There's also an ATM right across from the hotel, and it's only a 5 minute walk to the RK Ashram Marg Metro Blue Line station.
