The house itself is very spacious and excellently equipped with everything we needed, including for traveling with a baby. It felt like a real home away from home. Our hosts were very kind, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always available for questions or tips. Sent a person to open the gate and check us in to the property. The location was amazing - a slice of heaven in Tuscany. The breakfast was great with a full set of choices with breads, meats and juices and coffees. The lady was very accommodating with refills. It was served in an open area. We met an elderly couple who were travelling from Germany as well and we spent a good 2 hours chatting. This is a must visit location.

Staff were so friendly and helpful with everything, including helping us book dinner reservations offsite. Service was incredible. The views and patio facilities were soooo nice. Spa was very enjoyable.
