The room we were originally in did not have functioning AC. The onsite staff member (Victoria) was quick to move us into a new room to ensure we were comfortable for the remainder of our stay. She was very pleasant and helpful. After our stay, we required a detailed invoice and the owner of the villa was kind a d quick to answer our request. The facility itself was beautiful, comfortable and clean. There was lots to do within the grounds and a decent breakfast every morning. Highly recommend!

Built in 19th century, the property includes spa facilities and steam room. Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. Everything was perfect: room, staff, breakfast. Way nicer than staying inside Taormina. The view on the city is amazing.

The Palazzo has a lift which is very nice. Very reasonable price for a whole apartment. Very clean, a whole kitchen, sitting room master bedroom and bath. The hosts were very charming and helped us reserve a parking place.

The walk down to the old town is steep with lots of steps, but we found after enjoying the hustle and bustle, we actually enjoyed the walk up as the views as you go are stunning. Taormina is very busy at this time of year, and the apartment was an absolutely beautiful relaxing retreat away from the hustle and bustle. If you’re looking for somewhere to relax, rather than be in the thick of it, then don’t hesitate to book! Roberto went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic.
