From the moment we arrived, it felt less like a rental and more like staying at a beloved relative’s home — thanks entirely to Carlo Basile, the most gracious and attentive host we’ve ever encountered. Carlo went above and beyond in every possible way. He even crossed over from Naples just to welcome us personally, give us a full tour of the villa, and make sure we felt completely at ease. He was available 24/7 for any question or need — from local recommendations to small requests — always kind, responsive, and warm. It’s rare to find that level of care and dedication anywhere. Very unique! The villa itself is immaculate: spotlessly clean, beautifully designed with high-quality furnishings, and fully equipped to cook like at home. The mattresses are brand new and incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning is powerful and covers the entire property — a true blessing in summer! The view? Stratospheric — sweeping, serene, and unforgettable. The silence and peace around the house made it the perfect oasis to unwind. The pool is the cleanest we’ve ever seen, and the lush garden is maintained daily, looking pristine every day of our stay. A special shout-out to Assunta, the housekeeper, who is a true gem! She visited daily to clean and maintain the villa, and change all towels and all sheets every 3 days!!! something we’ve never experienced at any other holiday home before. Her kindness and professionalism added a special touch to our stay. ❤️ We were a group of 10 people, and every single one of us agreed: this is the best villa we’ve ever stayed in, anywhere in the world. The combination of the location, comfort, service, and above all, Carlo’s outstanding hospitality, made this a home away from home in every sense. Die Lage, das Personal, der Strand und das Meer. Ich hatte Halbpension, Frühstück war einfach aber man konnte dazubestellen ( Spiegelei ….. ). Der Pool war an das Thermenwasser angeschlossen.

Staff is very friendly and always there to help when it comes to getting around on the island, renting a boat, etc. The combination of the beach 100m nearby and the four thermal pools of the hotel make it a perfect fit for a relaxing stay.

Immaculate and tidy, well-maintained hotel with 2 swimming pools, and a sauna. The rooms have either nice sea or mountain views. Very kind staff, nice breakfast with so tasty croissants. The location is perfect, easy to come from the Porta Di Ischia. The sandy beach is just 3 minutes walk. Nice restaurants like Ottomano, Mirage etc are just 3-4 minutes walking distance. The bus stop is in a 2-minute walking distance. TV has English and French channels as well apart from many Italian channels.

It's even nicer than in the pictures! The staff is very friendly, the view is impressive and the pool is very nice! They even offer free shuttle bus rides to other places! The breakfast is taaasty!
