Location was a total surprise. Accessibility to Sellaronda lifts was unbeatable , either way selected to go ( clockwise or other way ) . Premises are refurnished ( gives a contemporary look with traditional mountain details ) , with a pool and spa on the third floor , never missed it in the 12 days at the Hotel. Dinner at the Hotel was a must . We had dinner at the Hotel every night , quality , service and no need to try other restaurants. Menu changed every day. All details cared of : at the room , ski lockers , restaurant and Spa ¡¡ and a very good systems for laundry , great help for skiers . Spa requires a full chapter, great.

Everything was superb! One of the best experiences we had, with a view to the mountains. It is basically next to the ski lift, so while being there during the summer we had a lovely time hiking around. We were in an apartment, having a bedroom a spacious living room and a separate bathroom. And the spa part, simply awesome! I would also highlight how friendly and flexible the staff was. Thanks!

Looks new, location is great as it’s the first hotel from the slopes/ ski lifts and in front of ski rental services and ski pass cashiers. Stuff are very welcoming and spa facilities are nice.

The hotel's parking is very good. The breakfast is delicious and has a variety of choices. The room is clean and spacious. It has a balcony and a beautiful view.

Everything was perfect. Friendly and helpfull staff, excellent breakfast and dinner. The cleanliness is superb. View of the beautiful surrounding peaks, close to the center. A small spa to relax after an active day. Our motocycle in a covered area. We will definitely come again

It's 4*+ hotel and it deserves it's rating fully. My single room was spacious, with balcony and full-side bed, big wardrobe, and even umbrella and backpack (!) for use of the guest. I opted for half-board and both breakfast and dinner were plentiful and delicious. Small indoor pool (where you can swim nevertheless) connecting to smaller outdoor part with jacuzzi, with plenty of chairs and snacks/drinks corner. There is also a sauna and a spa I din't use as it's only open till 7pm. In your room there is bathrobe, pool towels and a bag for them (but somehow no slippers) for the pool. Amazing mountain view from the pool and the room. Underground garage is very convenient, suitable even for large cars and with direct elevator access to all floors. I was allowed to leave the car after check-out and given free ticket to cable car shuttle (8-12am). Very nice bar/fireplace space on 1st floor close to the restaurant where you can chill after dinner. Excellent staff both in restaurant and reception. I had problems with settling my bill due to error of booking site, and it was resolved very professionally within 30 min.
