The breakfast was excellent and all the food tasted fresh and nice. The dinner at the restaurant was also excellent - highly recommend having steak there. The receptionists, waiters, all staff were so friendly. It was a truly wonderful stay.

Dinner was great in the restaurant and super breakfast. All is good. Super recommended. Worth the price.

The medieval centre is a 5-minute walk away from Villa Romantica Wellness & SPA. It was beautifully appointed, clean and very comfortable. The bed was amazing! It was well located with parking available at the property.

We were thrilled to receive an upgrade upon arrival & the junior suite allocated was absolutely beautiful! The hotel is immaculate & in an amazing position - just a two minute walk from The Duomo. We even purchased the Acqua di Elba room fragrance on display in the reception area just to remind us upon our return home & were delighted to receive some free samples & a small gift as a result of mentioning the hotel at the shop. If you are coming to Florence, this hotel is an absolute must - you will not be disappointed! Thank you so much for a truly wonderful stay, we will definitely be returning!!!

The hotel has a perfect position, near the city centre, and the staff was very friendly and ready to help with anything. Despite the fact that the spa is usually closing at 19:00, they made the effort of preparing it for us at 20:00 because we had a reservation at a touristic attraction which we couldn't cancel. They are interested in offer a good quality of service and thus making the client happy, wich we apreciated very much.
