Our room was clean and bright, fully equipped. It took me some time to understand that you can order bathrobes and some other services via app, but overall it was great and very quickly delivered. Breakfast is quite good but coffee is excellent. The restaurant is perfect, with a magnificent canal view. The overall location of the hotel is superb, very close to Vaporeetto stops and right on the canal, so it gives the full experience of living in Venice. It was a great decision to stay on Murano island, away from the touristic buzz dut with full experience of Venice, just be ready to spend `20 mins vaporetto ride to Venice itself, but this is something we really enjoyed. Oh, they have a shuttle to the S.Marko, which is a very nice touch. This hotel is conveniently located, very new, clean and modern which was what we wanted because the majority of Venice hotels offer you this classic but a bit outdated style... Nice facilities, decent restaurant and panoramic terrace, and very welcoming staff and service. We didn't visit the spa, though, maybe next time. It was my Bday and I was congratulated by the hotel staff, which was unexpectedly enjoyable, thanks.

Everything except wi fi connection. We stayed in bungalows.. Very efficiently planned, not too cramped, not a centimeter wasted. A large terrace allows you to eat dinner and have your drinks. The bathroom and the rooms are very clean. There is free parking right next to your bungalow Easy access to Venice by public bus, just 15 minutes. It is not luxurious but has everything you need for a happy stay.
