The restaurants serves Caribbean dishes. Great location to airport only a few minutes drive. The staff were great, friendly and very helpful. Food was very good, especially when chef Isiah and his sous chef (sorry a lady whose name I did not recall) made curry goat for us. It was FANTASTIC! That was so thoughtful, thank you.

Other hotels at the same time where doing minimal service. You pay for what you get. I would 100 chooses a hyatt over another brand. The staff where amazing and food was the beat all inclusive I have had.
