Check-in process was very smooth, Hala is exceptionally helpful and supprotive. Staff are very nice and polite. Overall experience was good, definitely going to come back when i'm in Jordan again

The staff is so friendly so helpful. I loved my stay here. They even allowed an early check-in which was really kind of them. Access to the Dead Sea was a bonus for me. I got the best body scrub with mud and salt.

Beside dermatological and rheumatologic treatments, the center also offers body massages, mud packs, ultrasound therapy, galvanic therapy, microwave therapy, cryotherapy and hydrotherapy. Location is fantastic. Food excellent. All of the Staff extremely friendly and helpful. There’s a young boy waiter who served us lunch and dinner and breakfast who was excellent. Lost his name.

Every thing was great starring from the fron disk with Mr. al Samadi was so helpful and friendly, he help us with everything we need to know. The manager and the waitress at the dining room were beyond the expectations Smiling all the time 😄 Thank you all for the great day we had at the hotel
