Each accommodation at the 3-star hotel has sea views and free WiFi. Staff on site can arrange airport transfers. The stuff was really good , the facility is clean and private , the only bad thing was the bed is not comfortable as it should be .

Everything about this hotel was PERFECT for us. We had the best time at their private beach, excellent dinner and breakfast. Love the friendliness and warm smiles of the receptionist and waitress. What made our stay even special, is the room upgrade and the view of the Dead Sea from our balcony......NICE!

ZARA, the Mövenpick’s onsite spa, offers a wealth of relaxation and wellness treatments in its modern 6000 m² facility. Zara offers steam rooms, tropical scent showers and massages in adults only ambiance. The staff were very friendly specially Wejdan Mohammad from the reception team and Suhaib in the SPA. Location was very good. And the SPA was clean and comfortable. The dinner was excellent and exceeded the expectation.

Therefore, I did not hesitate for a moment to choose Kempinski Hotel at the Dead Sea as my place of stay in Jordan. When I arrived at the hotel, my expectations were not disappointed, as the hotel met the anticipated standards in terms of luxury, elegance, and services. What made the experience even more delightful was the warm welcome from the hotel manager himself, who greeted us warmly and offered us a discount on the rooms we had chosen. A heartfelt thank you to him and to all the hotel staff. The rooms we stayed in were in the Royal Villa, which is directly facing the sea and close to the restaurants and main services in the Ishtar building. The hotel stands out with its excellent services, multiple heated pools, and spa services, along with all the necessary amenities. Additionally, there are several restaurants, including a Lebanese restaurant, the main restaurant, and another serving international dishes. The hotel staff, composed entirely of young Jordanians, make your stay an unforgettable memory. They are always smiling and welcoming wherever you go, dedicated to serving guests with great commitment. They make you feel as if you are a guest in their home rather than in their workplace. A big thank you to all the employees, including those at the reception, restaurants, and throughout the hotel.
