We loved the washing machine and drying function in the bathroom which made it very easy to wash and dry all our clothes. There are no plates or cutlery in the room but the staff are happy to provide disposable ones upon request.

They happily held our bags until check in time in the afternoon and again on the day of check out until we were ready to catch the Shinkansen. The area also has a few restaurants which is fantastic and its only 10 minutes walk from the station where there are plenty more food options. Very handy location and quiet in the evenings.

While it may be slightly more expensive than the average capsule hotel, the overall experience makes it an incredible value and absolutely worth the price.
