Propreté irréprochable, emplacement central, personnel souriant. Check-in et check-out par des personnes humaines, pas des machines. Petit déjeuner somptueux

Situé à Aomori, l’établissement ReLabo -Medical Spa & Stay- comprend une salle de sport, une terrasse, un restaurant et un bar. The location is convenient as it is attached to Aomori train station (which was very helpful as I did not get wet in the rain/snow!), with nearby department store, shops and restaurants. The hotel itself exceeded my expectations, aesthetically it was beautiful, spacious and a delightful place to stay. The staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to help me (including via a translator app when needed). The breakfast was amazing, one of my favourite I have ever had at a hotel. The hotel amenities such as the onsen and the lounge with free evening beverages were a treat. If you get a chance to book dinner (need 24 hours notice) it will not disappoint!

Situé à Hachinohe, l’établissement グランドサンピア八戸 possède une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite dans l’ensemble de ses locaux. The onsen is really good. The views are nice from the room, and they gave us a 2000 yens voucher (we didn't have breakfast included) which we used for the shop. When they came to install the futons, it wasn't the right time for us, so I asked them to not do it now. When it was the right time, I went to reception to ask for it, I think the women who normally do it had finished their shift but two men from the reception came to the room and installed the 4 futons (you had to add the sheets.on the pillows and the blankets too). I didn't realise this wasn't their job until it was too late but I was very thankful they did it especially as the room was small for 4 futons and the tables and it required some tetris skills.
