I must say, I am thoroughly impressed! The checked in process was incredibly quick and efficient. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was the lovely dinner they hosted for guests. It was a delightful experience, showcasing not only great food but also a warm atmosphere that made it feel special. Overall, the helpfulness and courtesy of the staff stood out to us, making our stay even more enjoyable. I believe this hotel truly deserves a high rating for its excellent service and hospitality. I can't wait to return! Highly recommended!

The room in Nagomi floor was spacious , it has its own lounge area where you can drink coffee and soft drinks anytime, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the spa services were top-notch. There are 2 kinds of public spa which both are very relaxing. We stayed there for anniversary celebration, I asked for a whole cake and flower for a surprise and it came with a gift for the celebrants. Thank you so much . Breakfast was delicious.Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for your next travel adventure!

Nagisa-no-Sho Hanagoyomi biedt ruime kamers in Japanse stijl met een spectaculair uitzicht op zee. Sommige kamers hebben een terras en een eigen warmwaterbron in de openlucht. We took the room with open bath. It was the best relaxing experience we have ever had. Beautiful ocean view from the room and also from the open bath. You can hear the sound of waves, birds,etc. Exceptional experience. Dinner and breakfast were also exceptional.

GRAND NIKKO AWAJI is located across Akashi Strait Bridge, a 20-minute drive from JR Maiko Station. We used this The Grand Nikko Awaji for visiting family recently moved to Awaji. The room was stunning and the view exceptional. While researching the Grand Nikko English website, room selection and planning our mode of transport from the airport, we found that it was not as comprehensive as the Japanese and not being able to read Japanese was a problem. We phoned the hotel and the wonderful CRM manager Y Uchimizu went above and beyond helping us get organised with transport and room selection. The bed was comfortable, room spacious, balcony accessible. Bathroom was fabulous with good shower and bathtub. Western breakfast was average, with poor variety, cold eggs, non-crispy bacon, no wholemeal bread assortment, . My partner loved the Japanese breakfast, which she said was delicious in every way and had great variety. Coffee as often in Japan was mediocre.
