Everything, they make your stay a special experience. They treat super good the host caring every single detail. The hot spring is perfect and the noodles and free ice cream a highlight. You have to take out your shoes inside the property and it makes the stay even more special. Is the second time we repeat in this company, the first time was in Nara and we loved it 🥰

Very friendly and professional staff, the make you feel very comfortable. They provide a shuttle service from/to Kawaguchiko station which is super convenient. The rooms are lovely and clean; the view from the room is spectacular combining the Kawaguchiko lake and Mt Fuji ❤️
