Facilities include a 24-hour reception, a babysitting centre and a jewellery shop. Beds were very comfortable. View from the room was exceptional - both day/night views. I especially liked how the bathroom was stocked with large bottles of refillable soaps & shampoo bottles plus the skincare products. It was not limited to the standard small bottles. Our room was a Bay Club room and it was nice to have complimentary access to the Bay Club Lounge on the 25th floor and the complimentary drinks in the frig. Location is excellent!! Train station - Sakuragicho within close walking distance, shopping, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, drug stores, entertainment all within Queens Plaza and Landmark Plaza totally amazing!! Enjoyed orchestra entertainment in the Queen Plaza. Amusement part right across the street from the Yokohama Bay.

Situated in a central location with 3 stations within a 5-minute walk, Imperial Hotel Tokyo is a prestigious hotel renowned for providing first-class hospitality for over a century since 1890. It features a fitness centre, an indoor swimming pool and a beauty massage salon. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the property. Old hotel but very well kept Super clean and staff are the most friendly ever so far They will do renovations soon FYI

We regretfully did not make use of any of the restaurants or other facilities, since we stayed the last 2 nights of our Japan-trip and still liked to see more of the city. The location is perfect (on top of one of the major transport hubs) and the staff is super! Love to stay there again if we ever get a chance to visit Japan again.

Rooms feature bathtubs with natural hot-spring water. The property is unique in every sense - architecture, ambience, location and cuisine. The staff are incredibly helpful and patient with demanding travelers such as us.

Featuring a spa and wellness centre, the 5-star ryokan has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. We stayed here one night and it was the best decision ever. While it is expensive, it is worth every yen, the rooms were beautiful, service impeccable, free amenities, free private sauna, and traditional breakfast brought straight to your room. It was perfect for a night after a hike down from Mitsumine shrine in the rain and thunder. HIGHLY recommend!! Thanks a lot

The property is around 400 metres from Shinjuku SanPark Shopping Mall, 300 metres from Samurai Museum and 700 metres from Joenji Temple. The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi.

An American breakfast is available at the accommodation. We were blown away by the views! I highly recommend booking the Garden View rooms here. We spent over an hour spotting all the famous landmarks in Tokyo, and with the help of our camera's zoom lens, we managed to see them clearly. Tokyo Skytree, Tokyo Dome, Tokyo Station, Tokyo Tower, the entire Shibuya and Shinjuku areas, and more – you can even see the Landmark Tower in Yokohama from the room! Everything else, from cleanliness to service and breakfast, was top-notch. It’s a bit pricey, but absolutely worth it.
