Guests can relax in the sauna or in the private open-air bath. The hotel has English-speaking staff. I did not have breakfast but everything else was perfect. Location is great compared to the price. Staffs are warm and helpful.

We were lucky to get rooms with a view of Mt. Fuji. Rooms were clean, but a bit small. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was okay.

The service was nothing short of perfect — I have never seen such a dedicated, caring, and helpful team anywhere else. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and their kindness truly stood out. I would especially like to thank Mr. R. Yamazaki for his exceptional dedication. We had mistakenly booked a double room instead of a twin, and he went out of his way to ensure we were given a room with two beds. His effort, patience, and professionalism made a huge difference for us, and we are sincerely grateful. On top of that, the dinner buffet was excellent — delicious food with a wide variety of choices. It was a real pleasure to enjoy such quality and variety. This level of service is rare, and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. If you are looking for a place where the staff truly care about your comfort and happiness, this is the place to stay!
