Clean & spacious apartment, comfortable & very pretty. Host is friendly, responsive over WhatsApp, checks in to make sure we're ok, and is most happy to offer recommendations :) Location is near Matsumoto station, plenty of food options around especially if you're willing to walk. Matsumoto is a very quaint and pretty town, lovely place to walk around as well. Easy to travel to Kamikochi as well.

The wellness was amazing. Very new and clean! Two saunas and a cold bath outside, and a hot bath with showers inside. The room was nice and clean as well! And the owner was amazing, helped us with recommendations and additional service for our wet shoes and booked a taxi for us to go to the station.

Staff were very attentive. I was really sick on the first day and the lady in the restaurant noticed that I could not eat much and came up to ask what happened. They cooked congee for me on the other day as breakfast that helped me a lot.I would highly recommend this hotel to others and definitely will come back again.
