It's such a luxurious place in a traditional way....a beautiful room with high ceilings and a great view, and the most wonderful breakfasts! Most Tokyo 4/5 star hotels are too large and impersonal for me, generally high rises, but Tokyo Station is old fashioned and comforting and I like the smaller scale. Not to mention the central location...so easy to get to any part of Tokyo from there with direct access to the JR Yamanote line. The open space of the huge plaza in front is lovely, giving open and distant views. Despite the nearby trains and the people gathering for photos in the plaza, the rooms are silent inside with the double glazed windows.

I should have stayed longer but I could not (thanks to the hotel and their understanding), I will come back another time, for sure. The room is between traditional and futurist styles. The entrance (leave your shoes here), the doors are old ways style and very nice. The bathroom has a real sauna and hammam, tv in the bath, and every little stuff aside are very appreciable. The bed is very big and confy, so is the couch, the tv is enormous, there are karaoke stuff, bluetooth connection to the room, ambiance lights to configure as you want, and so many details and little stuff, I appreciated, I cannot list them all. Special thanks to Sayaka who speaks french, and quite good! The rooms were large, beautifully furnished and accessorized, with a fantastic view over the city, the hotel’s facility amazing - from the bar to the restaurant to the breakfast. Love that the minibar is all free. Staff extremely kind and welcoming, when we arrived the room wasn’t ready but they allowed us to shower and get refreshed. Would love to come back!

The views, room and amenities were exceptional. Club lounge was very comfortable, staff was very nice and polite. Overall, amazing hotel. Underneath the hotel there are restaurants and shops which is very convinient. A bit distant from centres like Ginza and Shibuya but the views from the hotel are worth it.
