The room was absolutely comfortable and beautiful, everything is new. Stuff was so attentive and helpful, they helped with any request. Two Seasons Siem Reap Hotel in Siem Reap offers a 5-star experience with a rooftop swimming pool, spa facilities, sun terrace, and lush gardens. Guests enjoy free WiFi, a restaurant, bar, and private check-in and check-out services. One of the best hotels I stayed at during my trip through Southeast Asia. The room looks exactly like the photos. The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful and, above all, genuinely welcoming. The hotel offers a convenient taxi service to and from the airport, which is a huge plus given the distance between Siem Reap and the new airport. The food at the hotel is simply delicious. As someone who has tasted a wide variety of cuisines in all kinds of places, I can confidently say that the Cambodian fried rice and fish amok are spectacular. The hotel's location is ideal, situated close to both the night market and the riverside night market. While there are many dining options near the hotel, I have to say that considering the quality, price, and taste, the hotel's food and beverages are outstanding. The lobby staff have answers to every question you might have during your stay and offer excellent recommendations for everything. My only regret is not staying longer. I will definitely return!

Everyone from the fantastic hotel managers (the amazing May), to the best tour guide (Sompiseth which we couldn't recommend enough!!), the restaurant team or the drivers (Mr. Mai and Mr. Sypha) do their best effort to take care of you in every possible way and make your time in Cambodia unforgettable, and they manage to exceed all your expectations. The room was clean and comfortable while the room service was quick and the house keeping team was very polite. The receptionist team were very informative about the tours I've booked with them and it was very fun - recommend doing the small tour in the morning around 10AM. Location of the hotel is nice easy to get around to most places in 10-15min, shops, restuarants and pubstreet..etc.
