The room was absolutely comfortable and beautiful, everything is new. Stuff was so attentive and helpful, they helped with any request. Location was superb as well, pub street was few min from there, many cafes and spas were nearby too.

They arranged the car at the airport, all the sightseeings, massage, food, baloon ride, everything. It was such a delight and felt like home. The property is new, and the pools and views are stunning.

From the service, staff, food, to problem solving. It was done quick and nicely. The room was nice and spacious with well equipped daily amenities. The pool looks nice and food was delicious with many of the local dishes I've tried out. The location is well situated easily reach to most places in under 10-15mins or a quick walk to many of the local stores nearby if you need anything. The staff were all very friendly and attentive to my request and they always willing to help you out as quickly as possible. Especially from the receptionist team and house keeping team. The place felt like home, the warmth from the people around you and with the way everything was done. Would absolutely recommend a stay here for anyone visiting Siem Reap.
