Every meal felt wonderfully generous, with complimentary starters, plentiful bread baskets, and a variety of options. The breakfast is equally impressive, featuring unlimited à la carte choices, superb bread baskets, fresh croissants, and an abundance of juices and lassis. We stayed in two very spacious beach-front tents, which were fantastic. The common areas, including the bar and dining area, provided stunning views and were beautifully designed. The beach itself was vast and pristine, with no other hotels or properties in sight. The entire hotel is a marvel of thoughtful design, with every detail carefully chosen. Finally, the staff, led by Umberto, the Italian General Manager, were outstanding from the moment we arrived until our departure. Each member of the team, from the waiters to our butler, was incredibly friendly and attentive to detail. Umberto the GM who is a former chef, is deeply involved with the culinary offerings, elevating the dining experience to new heights. The standard set by this hotel is unparalleled, particularly in terms of value for money. Highly recommended for an unforgettable stay!

Das Uga Bay - Pasikuda begrüßt Sie direkt am Strand, nur wenige Meter von den unberührten Stränden in der Bucht Pasikudha entfernt. Außerordentlicher Service. Wir sind viel unterwegs aber ein derartig engagierter Service ist uns selten begegnet. Die Anlage ist top gepflegt und bestens organisiert. Die Lage am Strand ist fantastisch. Spa ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

This resort is very aptly named: an oasis of peace and tranquility in a gorgeous spot. The room was clean and spacious, and we could access the pool directly from our patio. The swimming pool is beautiful, with a shallower area for toddlers as well. The he beach was pristine, and we felt safe enough to leave all our belongings on the beach lounge chairs while swimming / taking a walk. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Das Riviera Resort begrüßt Sie in Batticaloa und verfügt über einen Außenpool und ein Restaurant. WLAN steht Ihnen in diesem Resort kostenfrei zur Verfügung. I liked everything! My stay was superb.. I would stay longer only that I had pre-reserver another place.. The room is clean, had it's private patio, desk, private bathroom. AC worked perfectly. There is a mosquito net over the bed and mosquito net covering the bathroom window. The property is very well mentioned and staff are all so awesome. Special thanks to Ms. Jayanthy in the reception team who was so responsive to my messages. Breakfast included was delicious too. The swimming pool is nice and refreshing, lots of greenery and the restaurant is lakefront, serving delicious food and the staff are so attentive too.. The location is also few kilometers from town, yet a walking distance from Kallady Beach where you can see the fishermen and watch the sunset, small shops around if you need to buy water.. And if you happen to stay Saturday or Sunday, there is the bridge market.. Overall, an amazing stay. 100% would repeat it and stay longer. Thank you :)
