She went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The rooms are modern, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. Every element—from the comfortable bedding to the smart technology—reflects luxury and thoughtful design. I was lucky to have a room overlooking both the sea and the lake, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. The breakfast buffet deserves a special highlight. It was one of the best I’ve experienced anywhere—an incredible spread featuring both local Sri Lankan delicacies, a lot of Indian and international favorites, all freshly prepared and beautifully presented. Overall, my experience at ITC Colombo was flawless. The combination of elegant interiors, exceptional dining, stunning views, and world-class hospitality makes it a true gem in Colombo. I left with wonderful memories and will definitely be returning soon.

L’hôtel en lui-même est tenu parfaitement propre. La literie est magnifique. Et en ce qui concerne la nourriture j’ai pas compté mais je pense que vous avez plus de 150 choses différentes à manger mate à midi et soir. En ce qui concerne la piscine sur le toit, c’est une des plus propre que j’ai visité dans ma vie, les transats sont impeccable avec un petit matelas qui vous laisse pas partir.
