The Riad is super located directly in Medina of Marrakesh. All is reachable by foot. The hotel is very beautiful, new and clean. Beautiful in-patio pool (for summer relax and cooling down). Super welcoming stuff and very good breakfast at roof top terrace. All was working perfect in the room. We got welcoming tea upon arrival and very good explanation of surrounding places to visit by the host, Layla. She offered us a variety of excursions that can be done within our stay and booked a private guide for us to show us Medina, souks, palaces, gardens reachable by foot from a hotel. Highly recommended for travellers wishing to be in the centre of ancient Marrakesh and feel the authentic atmosphere of leaving in Riad.

I run a small agency and have used this hotel several times for guests and they always love it. I've also personally stayed here a few times and only had great experiences. Mohamed from the reception desk does an amazing job at making the guests feel welcome. He handled everything so great for my last group - upgrading rooms when available, handling bags, and helping guest navigate their way around Marrakech with ease. The rooms are so cute, the breakfast is fantastic, and the rooftop pool is a lovely bonus!

Starting from the pick up at the airport , to greeting us, getting us all comfortable in our room , explaining the near by tourist attractions, the staff were great, they were of great help. The property was very well maintained, very clean, room was cleaned and beds were made with fresh linen everyday. The breakfast is amazing. The aesthetics of the property was very calming and always smelt good.

Sehr schönes, geräumiges Zimmer, welches durch die Lage zum Innenhof sehr ruhig war. Ausnahmslos alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht! Das Frühstücksbuffet hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen, alles war superfrisch und sehr lecker. Der Rooftop-Bereich mit Pool, Terrasse und Bar ist sehr schön gestaltet und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Am Valentinstag haben alle Damen beim Frühstück eine Rose bekommen und in der Minibar war ein kleiner herzförmiger Kuchen für uns - eine sehr nette Geste.

Die Lage mitten in der Medina war perfekt. Wenn man erst einmal den Weg zum Riad wusste, war es auch mit Google Maps einfach zu finden. Beim ersten Weg wurden wir am Hauptplatz abgeholt und geführt. Das Frühstück war landesgemäß und gut.

We also were leaving at 6am the next day and Oualid got up early to prepare breakfast for us! He also prepared a take away breakfast when we left on another day trip.
