We arrived drenched from the rain, and from the moment we walked in, the staff’s kindness was overwhelming. They not only offered us complimentary laundry to help dry our clothes but also went out of their way to book and pay for our taxi both ways since we didn’t have cash and our cards weren’t working at the ATMs. The level of care and generosity shown to us was beyond anything we could have expected. Every member of the staff, from the front desk to the owner, made us feel incredibly welcome, and their warmth and courtesy truly made our stay unforgettable. It’s rare to find a place where you’re treated with such genuine kindness—it’s something you simply can’t thank enough. The rooms were stunning, the hotel was perfect, and the breakfast was delicious. I wish we could’ve stayed longer because every moment was a reminder of how exceptional this place is. We’re deeply grateful to the staff and the owner for making our short stay so memorable!

The staff were friendly and helpful (from ordering taxis or drivers for extended excursions). The breakfast was delicious and offered local and international fare. The pool was so cold, but we came at the end of the season (first weekend in October), but it was still lovely. We were even upgraded upon our arrival, as was our daughter and her husband.

Das Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay Resort verfügt über ein Spa- und Wellnesscenter sowie einen Strand. Die Zimmer und Suiten bieten Aussicht auf die Bucht von Kotor. Die Unterkunft war wundervoll. Frühstück, Abendessen und das Outdoor Bar Restaurant waren sehr gut. Sehr gepflegtes, luxuriöses Hotel. Obwohl es sehr gut belegt wurde es weder am privaten Strand noch an den Pools eng. Es gab immer genug Platz, Liegen. Das Personal war wundervoll, vom Empfang über die Restaurant-info bis hin zu dem House-Keeping Leuten. Immer ein lächeln auf den Lippen, immer Zuvorkommend und immer Hilfsbereit. Ausgezeichnet, einfach nur ausgezeichnet und es hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Wir werden spätestens nächstes Jahr wiederkommen und können das Hotel einfach nur empfehlen. Einfach nur wunderschön und erholsam.

The staff is the nicest we’ve encountered in the Balkans, by a distance. The (included) breakfast is wonderful and the restaurant is spectacular. They lend you beach towels and umbrella. Parking is made easy thanks to their (included) valet service.

Die Unterkunft Boutique Hotel Porto Palace, die in Tivat, 300 m von Strand Ponta Seljanova entfernt gelegen ist, verfügt über Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten mit einem Außenpool, einem kostenlosen... This boutique hotel is located within walking distance to Porto Montenegro with all its shops and restaurants. It has a nice view of the sea (not the yachts) but it's a lovely view just as well. The service was absolutely superb and everyone really accommodating - Teodora, Dusan, Nadia (?), Andreas (?) and others went out of their way to address any question or request we had. The breakfast concept was a bit surprising (a menu, not a buffet) but the selection is varied and guests can basically ask for what they wish to have if they don't find it on the menu. The room (apartment) was spacious, clean, with a large terrace and it was a true value for money. The hotel restaurant serves really delicious food and as heard from some guests, one of the best Bloody Marys. :-) Another advantage of this hotel is only 18 rooms and therefore, a personal touch, which is rather unique. On the roof there is a very nice spa area which offers great views (it's a very good facility per se) but poses some challenges that are described in 'what I did not like' section. Definitely will be back!
