His kindness and attention to detail were exceptional. Andrea was equally warm and welcoming. She took the time to inquire about how our day was going, offered us coffee, and went out of her way to assist us whenever needed. Her friendly and helpful demeanor added a special touch to our stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the daily breakfast at the hotel. The breakfast menu was not only diverse but also changed daily, offering a wide range of delicious options. We were genuinely impressed with the variety and quality of the breakfast offerings. There is a wellness area, bar and restaurant serving local cuisine. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. The staff were friendly and helpful (from ordering taxis or drivers for extended excursions). The breakfast was delicious and offered local and international fare. The pool was so cold, but we came at the end of the season (first weekend in October), but it was still lovely. We were even upgraded upon our arrival, as was our daughter and her husband.

Supreme spa area with heated indoor pools, saunas, hot tubs and steam baths with Swarovski crystals is at guests' disposal. Hotel Splendid exceeded all our expectations. It felt like home away from home. Everyone was super helpful , especially a concierge who went above and beyond to assist us during a minor medical need. The food was delicious and the variety of it all was amazing. We can’t wait to return! Will recommend it to everyone! A+
