It’s within walking distance to all the action however far away enough so that it’s still peaceful and quiet. It’s a family run business and they cannot do enough for you - so friendly & accommodating. We missed breakfast one day and they made it for us anyway. Nothing was a problem. The restaurant is so adorable and food delicious & generous. I would 100% stay here again.

Hotel RESIDENCE is located in Ulcinj, about 2 km from city center, in a very quiet part of town. The property features a spacious rooftop sun terrace and bar with unique views of the sea. A sandy beach can be reached in just 600 metres. hotel is in perfect condition, close to the long beach, about 10 minutes' walk away, the staff is very friendly and tries to help you with everything. near the hotel on the main road there are a large number of businesses, restaurants, markets, the shade is clean and tidy. at the top of the hotel there is a restaurant where breakfast is served, and on the other side a beautiful spa and gym, everything was in the best order, daily room service upon request, city maps and instructions, . the only thing I would say is that there is no elevator, but that is not a problem for us.

Pool is massive. A full size 25m long pool with the depth of 1.5m is a real fun. Gym? Say not more, this is not a tiny hotel-like gym. It is fully equipped training room with barbells, treadmill, and lots of other stuff, including room for ballet practice and ping pong table. You can rent a SUP board or kayak. You can buy wine from the owner's wine cellar. The apartments are located in a super smart way, giving plenty of privacy. You do not see other apartment windows or door from yours, which is just great. In general, the whole house is an architectural masterpiece. Instead of keys, we used wristlets to automatically open the apartment door, which is very convenient when you go swimming in the sea. When you go there, you suddenly realize that you do not need to go sightseeing, you just want to spend your time at Continuum. Absolutely top of the top - will visit again for sure.

We loved our stay here with children 5 and 3,5 years old children, they enjoyed pool an jacuzzi every day couple of times. Breakfast were very nice, traditional Mediterranean breakfast with local and traditional dishes. Very comfortable beds, clean and nice atmosphere. Lovely all staff with good knowledge of languages. Small supermarket just cross the road, centre of town is 15 minutes walking. I am catholic and first time I been in Muslim running hotel, if I can choose again I would definitely go back to this one!!!
