The service was excellent, and the staff were very kind and professional. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was great – a wide selection to suit all tastes. The spa, pool, and rooms were all very well-maintained and pleasant. I especially want to highlight the iced coffee at the pool bar – absolutely perfect! Highly recommended, I’ll definitely be coming back!

Everything in the hotel was fantastic, and personnel was great…However we had one not good experience, my husband got an allergic reaction during the breakfast, at the moment we asked for medication, they couldn’t offer an emergency kit neither offered to call medical service. We had to search it by ourselves even though every hotel is required to have a basic energency kit…

My room was spotless and beautifully designed, with a balcony that provided incredible views of the lake. I loved the little touches, from the cozy bedding to the well-thought-out amenities. The restaurant served outstanding food, with a variety of options that catered to every taste. If you’re looking for a place to relax, recharge, and soak in the beauty of Lake Ohrid, this is the perfect choice. I can't wait to return and create more amazing memories here!
