Here’s the TL;DR before the long version: Don’t think twice, book Nova. It’ll be worth every penny, the facilities are top notch and state of the art (barely 2 years old) and the staff is the most amazing in the world. Now, let’s dive in. The experience begins with Ms Zhou at arrivals welcoming you along with the front office team. You’re shown around the island, where you see Wink (the social hub of the island), the state of the art gym, and white sand beaches. The villas are out of this world, spacious, well ACed, and with good access to the water. You don’t spend much time in the room however, because you’ll be eating at Soul Kitchen, where Evi, Bee, Sinhala, Anggi, Manoj and the wok-master himself James prepare you the best meals at restaurant level you can have. Not once do you feel like it’s a buffet, because the quality is so high. At breakfast, make sure to grab a sweet bite from the pastry chef Ms. Bee, or a perfectly cooked each time eggs Benedict from Anggi. At lunch or dinner, be sure to get a live-cooking rice from James, Sinhala or Manoj - the wok hei taste is something that you cannot replicate without their years of experience. Big shout out to Chef James for helping me build up my spice tolerance. The state of the art cooking is supplemented by the attentive staff, who don’t let a day pass by without pampering you. Huge thanks to the entire team, especially Mohammed, Shaee, Jailam, Angunn, Lee, Heidi, Fitri, Kadek and of course Muneeb. When catching the sunset in the Solis Pool Bar, a cocktail from one of Sri Lanka’s best - Sandun - is a must. (Though the first place is closely tied with Krishan from Wink, also Sri Lanka). Sandun makes the perfect cocktails, easily carries the conversation and has insightful comments. Wink - the social hub of the entire island.

Situated in Thoddoo, 500 metres from Thoddoo Beach, Summer Sky Thoddoo features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a private beach area and a shared lounge. Breakfast is available daily, and includes continental and buffet options. Normally I am not the "all icl" person but it was so great over there. For me, all icl was really necessary, you don't have shops or other restaurants at the island (there is 1 little souvenier shop but not a supermarket or sth like this). The food was really good (buffet; pasta station - loved it!! - currys, desert station, Pizza, meat etc. Small island (when you take a walk at the beach you are done with the whole island in ~10 Mins :D but a lot to see / do: Pool (no people there; maybe just at the evening), good food & cocktails, animals (geckos & bigger ones are everywhere on trees, fruit bats, ginger the cat, a grey heron, two little parrots, little sharks, octopus & rays esp at dusk; take a torch at night or you will step on a crab :D). staff is very nice, especially the cooks at the pasta station! there are a lot of italians on the island, but animation is in english too (movie night, sports, music quiz etc). our water bugalow was very spacious and great! we didnt wear shoes on the whole island (even at dinner there is a sandy bottom) <3 Would definetely recomend a stay on this island and book again!

The guest house offers garden views, a sun terrace, a 24-hour front desk, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. very clean, aircon in the room well work, hot water in the shower throughout the day. Snorkel and Fins available for loan for free. Meals not at the resort, just 2 mins walk to Celeste Restaurant who serves awesome food. Aoulad the staff is very helpful and go out of his way to fulfill our request.

The rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV. Some units have a seating area to relax in after a busy day. You will find a kettle in the room. Rooms are equipped with a private bathroom. For your comfort, you will find slippers and free toiletries. Everything was perfect. The apartment was clean and very cozy and it gives you the sea vibe with the blue colors. The hostess was very nice and friendly. They helped us with transfers in other islands.

Every room at this resort is air conditioned and is fitted with a flat-screen TV. Certain rooms feature views of the sea or garden. All rooms include a private bathroom. Everything is perfect ! The staff is incredible, they are attentive to all your needs and very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable, with a direct enter to the water and space on the beach. Food is tasty and varied. The island environment is very beautiful, house reef is very nice to snorkel and dive. I would highly recommand!

Amazing resort, the reef was alive with the best snorkeling, the staff were brilliant and we had the most romantic and relaxing break away from life!

A variety of wellness packages are available for guests to get rejuvenated on-site. The area is popular for hiking and walking tours, and bike hire is available at this 3-star guest house. The guest house features a barbecue, outdoor fireplace and sun terrace. It’s was very clean and staff were so kind. I don’t think I will stay in a resort again 😂 if you are looking for luxury vacation you better go to a resort but if you want to see real Maldives I recommend you here.
