The exceptional service from the staff truly stood out; they were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I also appreciated the top-notch amenities, including the lovely infinity rooftop pool and the delicious on-site restaurant that showcased Mediterranean flavors.

The mecca of home away stays from home, very comfortable, amazing staff, and the coolest monkeys, fantastic food options. We loved it and we are planning to come back! This was the first time we visited Xcaret and it was such an amazing experience we can't wait to experience more of it!! The staff took care my every need and concern. If you mobility issues, they are there to assist you. The pools were amazing, the food was amazing, the staff was amazing...just go!

Amazing service, food, room, and activities. The Hacienda/Hotel is gorgeous! Everywhere you go seems to be an art gallery. The cenotes and lagoons are so beautiful. The best hotel I’ve stayed so far.

Vegetarian, dairy-free and vegan options can also be requested. Beautiful resort, great food and amazing staff! Noe and Louis at the pool bar were excellent! Spa was incredible! We stayed in an ocean front unit for our honeymoon which wasn’t cheap but highly recommend it!

Located outside of the noisy area (taxi is about 500-600 MXN to/from Tulum Centro), the staff is incredibly welcoming and caring. The view... the most beautiful sunrises I've ever seen, the pool and the beach are so beautiful and natural (so peaceful!). It is the best place for a relaxing, intimate-meditative vacation. I would definitely be back!
