The staff is welcoming, and the rooms are nice with comfortable beds. Fresh water is always available in the lobby. The breakfast is very good, and there is a delicious three-course dinner offered from 6-9pm. The spa area is enjoyable, and the sauna is located in the changing rooms for both men and women.

Stayed here overnight en route from the fjords back down to Oslo and very pleasantly surprised. The hotel rooms are in two storey buildings and each room is spacious clean and comfortable. Reasonable cafe on site and also breakfast included. Friendly helpful staff.

It is a wonderful location to enjoy nature. Lots of walks and hikes. Beautiful gardens. Very nice and cosy inside with lots of space to sit and relax. A place with great character. A very friendly, homely atmosphere. We were made to feel very welcome. Lovely dinner and breakfast.

A friendly, comfortable, funky, convenient hotel. Rooms are clean and fairly spacious, but we really just wanted to hang out in all the cozy nooks and corners and comfy couches around the hotel. Breakfast was excellent and diverse. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is a really nice sauna! Easy access to ski trails just a few minutes walk behind the hotel, and also easy 10 min walk down into town for dinner, shopping, etc. We would definitely stay here next time in Lillehammer!
