The property is quite new, especially in comparison with other hotels in Pokhara. They have an elevator (which is a quite rare thing in Pokhara) and hot pool (which unfortunately I didn’t have the time to try). The manager, Bikash, was very kind to upgrade our booking from standard room to deluxe room, and when we checked out, he was so kind offering us some coffee before our 8 hr drive to Kathmandu. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The area is near the lakeside, so you can find anything around the hotel area.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Frühstück war sehr gut! Die Preise im Restaurant nicht höher als in anderen Touristen Restaurants. Ich bin am Abreisetag leider mit Fieber aufgewacht und ich konnte spontan ohne Aufpreis länger im Zimmer bleiben und schlafen, bis wir zum Flughafen abgeholt wurden! Dafür bin ich sehr dankbar! Meine Schwiegermutter meinte sie habe dort die beste Ayuvedische Massage gehabt, die sie je hatte. Der Spa war auch sehr schön. Man könnte hier neben der stündlichen Abrechnung noch eine Tagespauschale einführen. Aber das ist kein Kritikpunkt sondern eher eine Idee. Vielen Dank nochmal für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Their warm service and attention to detail made every meal a delight. This hotel delivers on every front, from outstanding service to thoughtful recommendations. Die Unterkunft HOTEL RUPAKOT AND ROOFTOP RESTAURANT besticht durch eine Terrasse, eine Bar sowie ein Spa- und Wellnesscenter und befindet sich in Bhaktapur, 300 m von Königsplatz Lasku Dhwakha... Das Bett war super bequem. Es war das Wichtigste für uns, denn wir waren krank. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und nett und sie haben uns geholfen und zum Arzt begleitet.
