Guests at the hotel can enjoy a continental or a buffet breakfast. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The valet was always quick to get my car. Breakfast buffet had so much variety, it was lovely. The gym is great for a hotel and I really liked the addition of a lap pool.

Other facilities in the property include a ballroom and six meeting rooms with the latest audio-visual equipment. For sports and recreation, guests can make use of the fitness center that is open 24 hours a day and the tennis court. Additionally, spa amenities consist of 10 treatment rooms and a beauty salon. We wanted some peace and quiet and this is exactly what we got: a lovely, spacious room away from the hustle and bustle. A terrace with a sea view. Comfortable beds. Friendly, professional staff. Unbeatable location. We felt very well taken care of and could have stayed longer, both at the W and in Muscat. Special thanks to Joel and Daniela for making our stay a fun one.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. We were happy with our connecting rooms. Beautiful pool, nice and warm in December. Direct beach access to a lovely stretch of sand. Nice outdoor play area for kids with lawn games. Clean and spacious kids club. Large breakfast buffet with very nice choices. Great surprise to find the bowling alley at the property! Within walking distance of the Al Mouj marina, with great options for lunch or dinner. Highly recommended!

The top highlights are the setting - the garden is a masterpiece in arabesque design that invites long walks among date palm trees, water canals and fountains. The personalized service is exceptionally good with a highly motivated staff passionate about making clients happy. The quality of the restaurants also stands out. The breakfasts are delicious, varied and well served. The three swimming pools are beautiful and pleasant to swim or just linger in the water heated to 30 degrees. We will be back!
