Truly wonderful experience from beginning to end and so glad we booked the private onsen experience.

Free WiFi is available in public areas. Very convenient location, about 10 minutes walking to the old town. Historical complex with comfortable room. Decent breakfast included. Quiet neighborhood, and very safe in general the whole area.

Lovely hotel in a quiet location 15 mins walk into the centre. Lovely pool and grounds it's a bit cold in pool but had a good swim. Grounds are gorgeous and the resident Galapagos Tortoise and Llamas make a interesting addition. The room was super comfortable with a fab bed. The great thing are all the staff every single one speaks to you and smiles such very nice people.

A large variety of outdoor leisure activities are available, such as the giant condors spotting, horse riding, hiking or visits to the local alpaca farm. Beautiful hotel in a dreamy setting. Food was incredible, the spa was the best I’ve been to, all staff members super helpful and nice. A fee complimentary activities such as pisco sour lesson and feeding alpacas were great to have. The size of the room, the cleanliness and attention to detail top notch!
