The reception staff were amazing - welcoming and professional. Our room was spacious and very tastefully decorated. The bathroom was spotless. The breakfast was exceptional as was the food in the restaurant. We stayed in this hotel 7 years ago and it is every bit as excellent now as it was then. The whole hotel is beautiful.

Hugging him was such a unique and heartwarming experience! The lodge is a perfect blend of comfort, charm, and cultural immersion. To top it off, Rodi is beginning to organize Inca Trail tours with a big focus on ensuring porters are treated with the utmost care and respect. Vegetarian, dairy-free and vegan options can also be requested. Everything was PERFECT! The property is gorgeous - beautiful garden w/ alpacas in the yard & a gorgeous mountain view. Inti at the front desk was very kind & helped me arrange a spa service w/ Gladys (which was incredible), a taxi for the airport, & late checkout. Food at the restaurant is delicious & true farm-to-table. Breakfast was wonderful. My room had large windows & a balcony w/ a beautiful view. Overall a very peaceful & comfortable stay in Urubamba. 10/10 recommend!

I felt as if we were staying in a hidden garden. The location on the main square was perfect. Every person was so helpful. The food was great. The shower was strong and hot. We will most definitely return life a longer stay.

The rooms in Casa del Sol feature private bathrooms, minibars, and satellite TVs. Location was just right real close to the train station. Room the view of the river gave an added bonus to the experience. Bus ride was good.
