The Funny Lion is an amazing hotel with great facilities, good food and probably the best staff in El Nido. We cannot recommend this place enough if you are staying in El Nido. It is impossible not to feel like at home with the service you get at this accommodation.

Location is excellent . Just across the road from Greenbelt , shops, restaurant & Catholic chapel. Suite is very spacious & comfortable. Beds are big enough to fit 2 adults and a child.. We had a 2 bedroom suite on the 21st floor with an amazing view of Makati. The room is well equipped with kitchenette & washing machine. The master shower is big & water pressure strong.

Perfekt für unsere letzte Nacht auf den Philippinen bevor es dann total relaxt und ausgeschlafen (aufgrund der soundisolierten Zimmer) zum Flughafen ging um zurück nach Österreich zu fliegen.

Ein wunderbarer abgelegener Ort zum Entspannen . Das schönste Resort dem ich auf den Philipinen begegnet bin. Coron City ist etwa 1,5 Std vom Resort entfernt.

Clean, comfortable, easy to contact, AC and hot water. The bed is incredible. 10 min walk from the airport. I have stayed twice at this place because this is the perfect place if you have flights.

This place was honestly one of the best resorts we stayed at during our whole trip! First of all, the welcome was super personal and warm. They really made us feel at home. The design of the place is beautiful, and then all the other things you usually read in reviews were true as well: great staff, delicious food, amazing views, comfy bed, strong internet, and everything was clean. The location is really impressive. If you don’t have your own car, definitely rent a motorcycle like we did. It’s about 30 mins from El Nido, and honestly, after one afternoon there, we didn’t feel like going back to town because the real charm is outside of it. It’s also near Taytay, a historical town, and to the local waterfalls. You can walk through a nearby fishing village, and right in the resort is a super well-organized private tour. For us, it was just perfect. A little natural paradise. We did everything, the tours, massages, walks, reading, games, free kayak. If you're someone who wants to avoid the tourist crowds and is looking for privacy, nature, and peace, this is the place. It's a big area but only 7 cabins, and for the price, it's such a great deal. Yes, the private tours cost 36 aud more than in El Nido town, but honestly, best money we spent. We really wish we could’ve stayed longer. It rained heavily during our last days, and the next hotel we moved to made us realize how lucky we were that Bebeladan had a closed restaurant and it helped a lot. We’ll definitely come back. We already miss Asterix, the dog. 🐾
