The team of staff were all wonderful and extremely helpful. We had a terrace room and it was beautiful. The restaurant served excellent breakfasts and awesome dinners. The location was perfect for seeing the zoo, the Japanese gardens, fountain display and catching the tram into the city. Parking was easy and safe.

There is a very good buffet evening meal option, which we did use, but preferred the excellent a la carte alternatives, and ended up eating at the hotel every evening. Spa and pool again excellent, with the outside hot tub a must to end the day. Nothing to fault

Super nice and helpful staff. When one of our bikes broke down, the local bike guru Mr. Jacek came over on a Saturday afternoon and fixed it.
